Instructions-Read First
| INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS |
| IAW with RFP Section L, Paragraph 4.2.2.1 (Process Performance), the offeror must document its process steps for to accomplish requisitions pertaining to Supply (Routine), Supply (HLS), and Maintenance (Urgent). There are four total worksheets in this workbook, threeof which require offeror input. The offeror must provide the requested information in worksheets at the bottom of this workbook for Tab 1 - Supply (Routine), Tab 2 - Supply(HLS), and Tab 3 - Maintenance (Urgent). For example, complete Tab 1- Supply (Routine) for tasks pertaining to Supply requisitions of a Routine service type. All field requiring offeror input are highlighted in yellow fill color. The fill color will change once input is made. No other input is required, and no modification of the worksheet is permitted. Help text is available within each worksheet by hovering over a cell with an embedded Comment (noted by a red triangle in the top right cell corner). Offerors should not submit a workbook containing any yellow colored cells. |
Within each worksheet, the offeror must complete the following fields:
• Status Code: Indicate applicable status code related to each task (reference PWS Appendix A – Status Codes).
• PWS Cross Reference: Identify PWS paragraph(s) which support each task.
• Staffing/Labor Mix: Indicate staff role (e.g. Logistician) and number of Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) associated with each task; ensure staff roles correlate with Staffing Plan (reference Paragraph 4.2.2.2).
• Step-by-Step Task Process: In detail, describe the process to support each task
• Estimated Manhours: Identify the estimated number of manhours associated with each task.
Scenario responses shall only provide the approach to accomplish the scenario. Scenarios shall not include cost or pricing data. Such data, if included, will not be evaluated.
