Solicitation Number: FA8630-16-D-5030 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis:
Purpose: The purpose of this notice is to invite interested parties to participate in a Pre-Proposal Conference in order to learn about the upcoming PROS V business opportunity, clarify RFP requirements, and network with potential teaming partners/subcontractors. This conference will be conducted after the release of the final RFP on or about 6 April 2015.
In order to continue its uninterrupted PROS program support to FMS partners, AFSAC is preparing to solicit a single-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ)-type contract covering a fifteen year period. In conjunction with release of the RFP, AFSAC will be hosting a Pre-Proposal Conference to communicate the contract requirements contained in the RFP and to respond to associated questions from interested bidders. There will be no conference fee to participate. Details of the Pre-Proposal Conference are as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 15 April 2015 Registration Deadline: Friday, 10 April 2015 by 4:00pm EST Duration: 1 Day (approximately 8am-5pm EST) Format: General session consisting of live presentations and Q&A. No individual break-out sessions will be offered. Briefing slides will be posted closer to date of event. All participants will be required to print a copy of the slides if they desire a copy; Government will not provide handouts at the event. Interested parties should be prepared to submit all pertinent questions regarding the solicitation before or at the event. Questions may be submitted after RFP posting to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Tracy Riley, at tracy.riley@us.af.mil.

Participation in the Pre-Proposal Conference, while encouraged, is completely voluntary. Not attending will not negatively impact an offeror’s eligibility.
