RFP Checklist
Confirm the offeror’s proposal meets the requirements stated by the RFP by answering Yes or No to the following list of questions. Provide rationale if the answer does not fit the requirement.
1. In accordance with the RFP provision, Proposal Requirements, did the offeror prepare the RFP package as shown below. If no, provide rationale:
