About this file

This document contains a pre-solicitation notice and attachment for a forthcoming request for proposal from the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base. The solicitation will seek firm-fixed-price and cost reimbursement contracts for 72kW ground power units, 144kW ground power units, and 144kW universal load banks to support aircraft maintenance. The notice outlines technical requirements for the equipment including power output specifications and operating environments. The attachment is a relevancy table for offerors to detail past performance on similar projects. The pre-solicitation estimates requirements of over 2,900 units valued over ten years. Proposals will be due in October 2021 and awards planned for September 2022. The opportunity will include both full and open competition and a small business set-aside for the 72kW ground power units.

PRESENT/PAST PERFORMANCE RELEVANCY TABLE

(To be Completed by Offeror/Joint Venture Member/Critical Subcontractor) (Complete for each effort identified for evaluation in the PPI Tool)

Request the offeror/joint venture member/critical subcontractor complete a separate Relevancy Table for each effort identified for evaluation in the PPI Tool. There are two tables within this RFP attachment; one table for Group A proposal submissions, and one table for Group B proposal submissions. The offeror/joint venture member/critical subcontractor shall only fill in the applicable table for the group the effort is being submitted for. This table, in addition to the information provided by the offeror in the PPI Tool, will assist the Government in evaluating the relevancy of the proposed effort to the instant requirements. Offerors/joint venture members/critical subcontractors shall only complete column three. Offerors’/joint venture members’/critical subcontractors’ answers are applicable only to the efforts identified in the PPI Tool, not the offeror’s proposed solutions to the instant effort. Please be as specific as possible with the fill-in information provided. In addition to the information provided in the PPI Tool and within the Relevancy Table, the offeror is requested to provide data/specification sheets and copies of certifications and/or approvals (if applicable) as attachments to this Relevancy Table for each effort.
