Solicitation Questions and Answers #4 27 Oct 2021

Q1:It is our intent to submit a commercial item exception as part of our response to this RFP.Please let us know if there is preferred format or place within the completed RFP document thatthe exception should be included.
A1:Please include all exceptions to the terms and conditions, to include the above commercialitem exception, within the cover letter to Volume I. See paragraphs L.II.C.1 and M.II.B.1 forfurther information.
Q2:The Adequacy table that is to be completed at the end of the RFP document calls outreference page numbers and sections where the information will be located in a full proposal.Where this is unclear to us is as a gated submission the reference pages are not finalized andare subject to change depending upon the finalization of Gates 2 and 3. Also the SOW is notbeing responded to in this gated process and pricing is due later so some of the RFP will have tobe completed as TBD until the other gates are submitted. Please clarify if there is a preferredmethod for us to address the aforementioned.
A2:The proposal adequacy table mentioned is for the anticipated contract modifications tonegotiate and incorporate ordering year prices in increments of three years that may requirecertified cost or pricing data; it is not for any of the instant source selection gate proposalsubmissions.
