This document provides information on an upcoming Request for Proposal for ground power equipment. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base intends to issue an RFP for multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts for 72kW and 144kW Ground Power Units and a 144kW Universal Load Bank. Two separate groups of awards are anticipated, with Group A comprising all three end items on a full and open basis and Group B as a small business set-aside for the 72kW GPU only. Proposals are due by September 2022 and awards are expected in September 2022. The contracts would have a 10-year period of performance including a 3-year base and seven 1-year options. Estimated quantities are provided for each end item. The RFP package will include statements of work, purchase descriptions, and data deliverable requirements. Successful offerors must complete first article testing and provide various technical data and manuals.

Instructions
Offerors must use the PPI Tool in order to electronically submit the PPI portion of the Past Performance Volume in accordance with the RFP.
Obtaining the PPI Tool
The PPI Tool must be sent to the offeror by the Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist.
In order to obtain the PPI Tool, the offeror shall send an email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist to request a copy of the PPI Tool be sent via DoD SAFE.
