About this file
This synopsis announces a forthcoming Request for Proposal for indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contracts to provide 72kW Ground Power Units, 144kW Ground Power Units, and 144kW Universal Load Banks to the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base. The total contract value will be for delivery of 2928 units of the 72kW GPU over ten years, 250 units of the 144kW GPU, and 300 units of the 144kW Universal Load Bank. The solicitation will seek to award two separate contract groups, with Group A open to all offerors for all products, and Group B as a small business set-aside for the 72kW GPU only. Proposals will be due by September 2022 and award is anticipated by October 2022. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and approved for access to controlled technical data. Successful awardees must also complete first article testing and provide various data deliverables as required by the Performance Work Statements.
