Solicitation Questions and Answers #8 17 Nov 2021

Q1:Can I use the DoD SAFE link twice, so we can do two separate drop-offs, one per group?
A1:If proposing to both Group A and Group B, please use a designator for Group A andGroup B so all the files can be added to the same link. Please note there is an eight (8)GB data size limitation as well as a number of files (25 files) limitation. If the totalnumber of filesbetween both groups exceeds 25, please advise the Government POCsin order to be sent another link so that Group A and Group B can be sent separately.
Q2:The PPI Tool cannot be renamed because I saved them as per the instructions(companynameRFP#). Can I deviate from those instructions and add the group designatorto the name for each file? For example: GroupA companynameRFP#
A2:No, please don’t deviate from the naming instructions, as this may interfere with theimporting of the data into the source selection tool required for use. If you can uploadboth of the .accdb files, the Government will open them on our end and ensure they arefiled with the appropriate group proposal.
Q3:Do we submit our completed RFP Attachment 4? In other words, do we send the saved .accdbfile?
A3:Yes, offerors shall submit their completed RFP Attachment 4 in the .accdb file. Thereport printouts are also required to be submitted.
