BLK 4: Each submission shall include a method of tracking new information/material as well as updated material from previous versions.
BLK 7: iRAPT shall be utilized.
BLK 8: Following initiation of Phase one DT&E, the contractor shall begin incremental reporting on a monthly basis. Each of these monthly reports shall be considered draft test reports. The Government will have 30 business days after receipt of each draft test report for approval/disapproval. If disapproved, the contractor shall incorporate Government comments and resubmit the revised document with the next monthly report. Incremental reporting shall continue until delivery of the final first article test report.
BLK 9: DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D: Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. DoD Contractors only; Critical Technology; Export Controlled; 8 July 2021. Other requests shall be referred to AFLCMC/WNZ.
BLK 12 and 13: The final first article test report shall include the last approved draft submission material, any applicable Phase one DT&E reports, any applicable Phase two DT&E reports, all updated design review material, all applicable final version models and simulation to reflect real world test results, and any applicable Phase three OT&E reports. The Final Report shall be submitted no later than 940 days ARO or 20 days after Phase three OT&E approval, whichever comes first.
