FIA2T Section L Attachment L-14 – Small Business Choice of Competition 15 Sept 2015
Small Business Choice of Competition Form ______________________(Offeror’s name) is submitting a proposal to be considered for a basic contract award in the FIA2T IDIQ for the following competition:
|_| Partial Small business set-aside
|_| UNRESTRICTED
Small business Offers shall submit no more than one (1) proposal for consideration into the UNRESTRICTED pool and shall submit no more than one (1) proposal for consideration into the partial SB set-aside pool. If the Offeror elects to submit for both competition pools they shall submit a separate proposal for each pool; the Offeror shall indicate which pool(s) they are proposing towards in in this form (above).
If awarded the contractor may compete only for FIA2T requirements released in their designated pool. There will be no specific socio-economic set aside other than the small business (SB) competition pool. Unless a Contractor is removed under the Off-Ramp procedures detailed in Section H, paragraph H.2 of this contract, a Contractor that qualifies as a small business in the partial SB Competition Pool will retain its eligibility to compete for task orders in the partial SB Competition Pool regardless of whether it loses its small business size status in accordance with 13 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) § 121.404, “When does SBA determine the size status of a business concern?” Size status for purposes of compliance with FIA2T partial SB set-aside pool (NAICS 541712, 500 size standard) is determined as of the date of your final proposal for this negotiated acquisition.
