Clarification on the Pricing Sheet for the Third Party Tab for Full Service.
The EM tabs for all OEMs provide pricing line items for Full Service ad Dispatch. The Third Party tab only provides line items for Full Service.
As part of PCCIE’s research, we surveyed our customers regarding their needs and desires for UPS, batteries and ancillary service (OEM and third party). The overwhelming response was for OEM service and repair; however a small group voiced their desire for third party service (EM/PM), primarily for their legacy systems. As we surveyed further, this group expressed that while they may opt for third party service for EM/PM, they desire EM full service. In short, while they (our customers) may opt for the non OEM service, they desire the full service third party EM offerings that many third party vendors market and offer.
