(Please indicate whether it was development and/or production, or other acquisition phase (or Service) and highlight portions considered most relevant to the T-38 -33 wing solicitation.)
Offerors shall provide detailed information specific to each contract to cover the list below, if applicable, (and any other items the Offeror deems relavent to the solicitation) and show the connections in scope, design, complexity, and processes expected in the solicitation (e.g. specific examples, detailed data, graphics, drawings, etc).

5. Technical Data Interpretation Discuss the technical data provided and the process to verify created 3D models; if applicable, 2D drawing interpretation, lofted surfaces, process to translate this into a 3D solid model, and model verification
6. Critical Safety Item (CSI) Management Discuss internal and sub-tier qualification for CSIs as well as management processes for CSIs
7. Manufacturing Processes and Controls State manufacturing process and controls to include, but not limited to:
a. Obtain required materials with applicable material certifications
b. Design/build/obtain specialized tooling to aid in manufacturing of parts
c. Machine parts
d. Form/contour/manipulate large and small extrusions and unformed stock
e. Post process (i.e. heat treat, peen, anodize, plate, coat)
f. Apply metrology and inspection for dimensional conformity
g. Perform nondestructive inspection

Provide examples of quality assurance processes (for example: internal level of production planning to produce the asset, quality controls for management of subcontractors, rejection tag used on the asset, and/or documented MRB process on the asset)
