It outlines a multi-step process for entering business relationships, past performance records, and submitting the completed PPI Tool and reports. Offerors must identify all prime and subcontractors for the proposed effort. The PPI Tool requires entering detailed contract information, descriptions of past efforts, points of contact, and explanations of relevance to the technical requirements.
