No. Documents Reference Comment Response
1 RFP CLIN 3012
CLIN 3012 indicates the U/I as "YR", but the description references "The unit price will be the per system, per month price. Is CLIN 3012 the same as CLINs 1012 & 2012 where "The Unit Price will be based on 1
Year support for all systems requiring ICS".
Yes, the description for 3012 is in error and will be corrected via
RFP amendment as stated in 1012 and 2012.
2 RFP CLINs 1012-3012 Is the reference to "all systems requiring ICS" refer to systems that come off of sustainment or previous year
ICS at anytime during the applicable CLIN contract year?
This is a correct interpretation.
3 SOW Attachment 1
Attachment 1 (AFMC form 158) indicates CONUS installs only require commerical packaging, while
OCONUS installs require mil spec packaging. Given that the contractor is performing the installations for both CONUS and OCONUS, and is responsible for the shipment, there would be no need for the OCONUS install shipments to be mil spec packaged. We would recommend that the OCONUS install packaging be changed to commerial.
The Mil Spec packaging requirement is a firm requirement from the USAF packaging office and cannot be changed to commercial for OCONUS installs.
4 SOW
section 1.7.4.6.1
Statement of Work section 1.7.4.6.1. states “The Contractor shall refer to the Government completed Time
Compliance TO Requirements AFTO Form 873 for requirements of this TCTO(s).” Is this form available for review?
The form itself is available for review, however the Government cannot complete the form prior to contract award as it is reliant on vendor specific equipment.
