Based on our extensive experience across multiple Government Agencies supporting large scale litigation and eDiscovery, we believe that the requirements set forth may indeed eclipse the existing ceiling value set forth in the RFP of $24,999,999 TCV. Is this to be considered an absolute NTE amount for the forthcoming IDIQ contract? If not, would the Government consider raising the ceiling value for future anticipated caseload or service requirement increases?
