When Filled In This Document Is Source Selection Sensitive IAW FAR 2.101 and FAR 3.104 SUBJECT: Request for Past Performance Evaluation

TO:

You have been identified as a point of contact for a past performance evaluation of the firm listed on the attached questionnaire. This firm is currently being considered for a Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Support Contract at the United States Air Force Academy.

The intent of the United States Air Force Academy small unmanned aircraft systems support contract is to provide USAFA with the needed concurrent support for administrative, logistical, RQ-11B DDL maintenance, flying operations supervision and aircrew records management support (ARMS) together with ground and flight instruction for SUAS. The primary SUAS is the RQ-11 Raven. This contract supports cadet airmanship training and multiple UAS research projects.
