This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by the U.S. Air Force on March 12, 2026, for solicitation FA663326R0002, originally dated January 21, 2026.

The amendment revises the contract description from a design-build project for Mass Notification and Fire Alarm systems in Buildings B821 and B870 to a design-build construction contract for Façade and Roof repair of Building B707 at Minneapolis Air Reserve Station (MSP-ARS), Minnesota. Building B707 is a 299-room hotel constructed in three phases from 2001-2005, with electronic PDF and AutoCAD drawings available. The contractor shall obtain professional design services (Title I Type A, Title I Type B, and Title II Services), provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully meet requirements within the Statement of Work, Front-end Specifications, SOW Drawings, and all contract documents. This is a competitive 100% total small business set-aside solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract procured under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a $45 million size standard. The project magnitude falls between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 per FAR 36.204(h) and DFARS 236.204(ii). The response due date has been extended from March 26, 2026, to March 27, 2026. The contracting officer is Chin Kuk Dahlquist at the Minneapolis Air Force office (FA6633), and a mandatory site visit is scheduled for this project.
