About this file

This document package includes a DD Form 254, "DoD Contract Security Classification Specification," and information about a related federal contract opportunity.

The DD Form 254 specifies security requirements for a contract to provide Ready Aircrew Program and Distributed Mission Operations training services, including instructor pilots, simulator training, and scenario development. It requires facility and personnel security clearances, and access to classified information including Special Access Programs, NATO, and foreign government materials. Training will occur at multiple Pacific Air Forces bases in Hawaii, Alaska, Korea, Japan, and Okinawa.

The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the same Ready Aircrew Program and aircrew training services, as well as site security management. The period of performance is one base year and four option years. Services are sought at bases in Hawaii, Alaska, Korea, and Japan. The NAICS code is 611512 and it is set aside for small businesses. The solicitation will be on FedBizOpps and proposals are due in February 2017.
