Addendum 3 to DD Form 254, Page 1 of Solicitation/Contract: Contract Expiration Date:
OPERATIONS SECURITY PROCEDURES
1. The contractor shall provide operation security (OPSEC) protection for all sensitive and/or critical information as defined by DoD 5205.2 and the Air Force Instruction (AFI) 10-701 and all applicable supplements.
2. The contractor shall describe the steps necessary to protect sensitive and/or critical information. The Wing OPSEC Program Manager will evaluate the OPSEC posture of the contract activities and operations.
3. The contractor will comply with Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements defined by DoD 5205.2 and the Air Force Instruction (AFI) 10-701, applicable supplements and guidance contained in the contract, or identified herein.
4. The contractor will take the necessary precautions to ensure employees who require access are instructed on OPSEC and the protection of sensitive, unclassified information as well as Critical Unclassified Information (CUI).
5. The contractor will need to be familiar with OPSEC and be required to take mandatory OPSEC training.
6. The contractor will take the necessary precautions to ensure employees with access to the sensitive and critical information are instructed NOT to disclose or disseminate any information relating to the conduct and performance of the contract to any individual not authorized to perform on this contract.
7. The Contractor will ensure all UNCLASSIFIED, SENSITIVE AND CRITICAL information is returned to the government agency asigned and not destroyed.
8. Further OPSEC guidance may be obtained by contacting the OPSEC Program Manager at their respective installations.
9. OPSEC and other security guidance issued to the prime contractor will also apply to subcontractors if applicable.
