ADAIR II Pricing Worksheet - Example
Pricing Estimated Flight Hours5600
Number of Proposed Aircraft20
Jet Fuel Cost per Gallon$ 3.00
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cells that are filled in with the peach color must be filled in by the offeror. Cells that are filled in with blue will auto-generate and are locked. Rows are able to be copied for additional aircraft. Offerors must ensure formula continuity.
2. Tail numbers for each proposed aircraft must correspond with the offeror’s technical proposal. All aircraft that are being proposed as part of the Nellis ADAIR II contract must be represented in the Matrix.
3. Offerors may propose as many aircraft (number and type) as they see appropriate for the contract. Proposed aircraft must meet the minimum requirements specified in the PWS in order to be considered for an award.
4. Offerors must establish a Line Item number in Column A of this spreadsheet for each type of aircraft proposed that has a different flight hour cost. Number sequencially beginning with Line Item 0001, Line Item 0002, Line Item 0003, etc. Offerors that undergo extensive modification to existing aircraft in the future to improve capability should create a new Line Item number in the pricing worksheet to reflect any change in price. Furthermore, these changes should be presented and articulated in the technical proposal section.
5. Offerors must fill in the total number of aircraft(s) proposed under this Matrix in Cell C3. Total number of aircraft in Cell C3 must equal the total number of aircraft proposed in Column B.
6. Offerors must fill in the Aircraft Make and Model in the respective cell in Column B.
7. Offerors must provide each Aircraft Tail Number in Column C.
8. Offerors must provide the dry (without fuel cost) Flight Hour Cost for each aircraft in Column D. Flight Hour Cost includes, maintenance, personnel, material, travel, as well as any other associated cost required to support the ADAIR mission.
9. Offerors must propose the Average Fuel Consumption rate (Gallons per Hour (GPH) for each aircraft with the following assumptions: 30,000 feet altitude, 75% power, standard atmospheric temperature and pressure in Column E.
10. The Fuel Cost Per Hour, Flight Hours, Aircraft Tail Cost, and Fuel Cost cells will auto-generate. For estimating/evaluating purposes, the fuel rate is fixed at $3.00 per gallon.
11. Offerors must fill out pricing sheets for each ordering period located in each tab of the Matrix located below, (Ordering Period 1 - Year 1, Ordering Period 1 - Year 2, etc.), for each ordering period and year, which corresponds to one year (365 days) of estimated flying.

12. Total Evaluated Price is the combined price of all five (5) ordering periods and is automatically calculated on Ordering Year 1 - Year 1 tab.
