About this file
This modification amends a solicitation for base operational services at Grissom Air Reserve Base in Indiana. The modification updates attachments related to the performance work statement, data collection requirements, technical library sections, proposal and evaluation instructions, and a fact sheet. It also provides answers to questions submitted by offerors. Key details include extension of the response due date to December 7, 2023, addition of firm-fixed-price CLINs for mobilization and demobilization periods, and clarification that cost estimates provided are validated and requests for equitable adjustments based on alleged errors will not be considered. The solicited services support base operations and are to be performed over a potential 66-month period under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with both fixed-price and cost-reimbursable CLINs.
