Annual Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) (F5.2.3) – Estimated 100,000 sq ft per day, based on a crew of five technicians familiar/proficient with their craft/discipline (carpenter, electrician, HAVC, plumber and fire alarms) and BUILDER. Square footage is listed in the F-TE-2i, Facilities To Be Maintained.
