PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT

DEMOLITION MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT (DMAC)

DMAC ORIENTATION SEMINAR

DMAC TASK ORDER 0001

11 MAY 2011

1. Objective

This Performance Statement of Work (PWS) describes the requirements for the Contractor to attend and participate in a one day DMAC Orientation Seminar for Fairchild AFB. The contractor will attend the conference and submit required deliverables detailed below. Seminar content shall include various contract administration, security, design/engineering perspectives and construction management information. Results of the seminar are expected to set the framework for solid partnering, increased base familiarity, and clarification of processes/perspectives. The seminar is not intended to discuss or change contract requirements.

2. Scope

The Contractor shall attend and participate in the DMAC Orientation Seminar at Fairchild AFB, WA. The seminar shall provide a program overview covering several topics as follows:

Funding and End of Year Process Partnering Program Management Performance Assessment (remedy for failure to perform) Cost and Change Controls Contract Administration (i.e. WAWF, NTP Phases) Quality Control Program (i.e. such as quality control verses quality assurance, superintendence) Security/Philosophies (i.e. FPCONS) Site Specifics Tour of Base Task Order Procedures

The orientation seminar will be conducted in an open communications environment. Cross flow of information and ideas is paramount to the seminar’s success.

Exact date and time for this conference will be provided within 60 calendar days of task order award.

The contractor’s project manager that will oversee this contract, as a minimum, shall attend the seminar. It is highly encouraged that other key team members attend that are intimately involved with contract administration, quality control and program/project management.

3. Deliverables:

Task Order 0001

A. The contractor shall deliver one copy of seminar attendees with their contact information, name, social security number, date of birth for base access and no more than 3 questions, issues, or concerns to the 92 Contracting Squadron two (2) weeks prior to the seminar. The Government will endeavor to address all inquiries received from the contractors.

B. The contractor shall provide the following submittals:

1) Safety plan

2) Waste disposal plan

3) Dust control plan

4) Green Procurement Plan

Each plan will be a basic plan that will be used as the template for future task order specific plans. This requirement does not waive the contractor receiving the seed project from submitting these items in strict compliance with all individual task orders.

4. The DMAC Orientation Seminar task order is firm-fixed price with a not to exceed value of $2,000 for contractor participation regardless of actual costs incurred. Payment made against each of the orientation seminar task orders shall be paid in accordance with the Joint Task Regulation (JTR).
