About this file
This is a Memorandum for Record issued by the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 375th Air Mobility Wing at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, documenting Amendment 01 to an FY27 Elevator Maintenance Base + 4 Option Year Service Contract. The amendment, dated 13 July 2026, extends the quote due date from the original deadline to 22 July 2026 and updates the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and appendices following a site visit to ensure accurate identification of elevators and manufacturers. The amendment removes previously included language regarding a 3-year test requirement.
The amendment restructures the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) to schedule the 5-year traction and roped hydraulic elevators test during the base year, with the 3-year test moved to Option Year 2, as specified in PWS section 2.10. As a result, the Pricing Sheet and RFQ will be revised accordingly. Additionally, the RFQ attachments are updated to include an RFI Log and Site Visit Login Sheet. Questions regarding the amendment should be directed to Nicholas D. Weiss, GS-12 Contracting Specialist/Officer with the 375th Contracting Squadron, at nicholas.weiss.5@us.af.mil.
