QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
80 through 83 Cutoff date for contractor questions is 10 am CST, 31 May 2022.
Question 80: A2 Typical Classroom – Do we need to provide an power pop ups for the tables? Do the tables need to be nesting?
Government Response:
Contractor shall provide power pop-ups for all tables in ONLY one (1) of the six classrooms, which shall be the farthest north classroom.
Refer to “A2 TYPICAL CLASSROOM” for desired locations of wall power outlets in each classroom.
The tables do not need to be nesting.
Question 81: A4 Typical Conference Room – The typical shows power in the tables. What all is needed for the pop- up power? These typically (Ex. Duplexes, USB, VGA, Ethernet etc.)
Government Response: Please provide the following or similar for data, power, USB, VGA HDMI to connect to TV.
Question 82: B5 Typical Private Office – Is there any kind of storage needed for this typical like pedestals and overhead? Same for typical A5.
Government Response: Please provide the equivalent of what is listed below for each office.
Question 83: A6 Typical Office Pod – Do you have a spec sheet showing the elevation of workstation’s so we know what height is needed as well as the specifics regarding power and data requirements? Are we providing the jacks for Data? If so, are we providing CAT 5 or CAT 6 jacks?
Government Response: Please provide the equivalent of what is listed below for each cubicle.
Contractor shall provide required jacks for Data. Jacks shall be CAT 6.
