Question 10: What is the size of the cubicles? With the scale it shows - 5x6.5 (more like 6’9” x 5’3” not including panel thickness). We need a definitive size.
Government Response: Cubical dimensions are 7’-10” x 5’-8” clear inside to inside
Question 11: The spec sheet on the workstations indicate a qty of 42/Ea on the 72w worksurfaces. Since you have (14) groups of (6) stations per group, you have (84) workstations, and each workstation has (1) 72w worksurface, so the correct # is 84/ea, and the same logic would be for the 48w worksurface, which you would also need 84/ea. Is it correct to say that you need 84 of each piece instead of 42?
Government Response: Yes. The correct quantity is 84/ea. Please base the quantities solely on the final layout of the swing space. Please see Attachment 4 – Swing Space Location & Layout of the solicitation.
Question 12: With a 6’(72”) x6’ (72”) workstation, the sizing of the cubicles on the drawing /answer for Question 10 does not seem correct, as a 72” work surface will not fit into the 5’8 (68”) vertical space as shown. Please confirm the size of the cubicles.
Government Response: The answer to Question 10 shows the final dimensions of each cubicle (refer to the previously provided AutoCAD drawing). Cubicles custom designed to fit the available space shall be provided.
Question 13: The spec sheet shows (14) 3-way connectors, and (42) 4-way connectors. Each group of (6) stations has (2) 3-way connectors, and (2) 4-way connectors. If you multiply by (14) you will have 28 of each. Please confirm 28 is correct.
Government Response: Yes. The correct quantity is 28 of each. Please base the quantities solely on the final layout of swing space. Please see Attachment 4 – Swing Space Location & Layout of the solicitation.
