FA2816-16-R-0008 – Questions & Answers #4

Posted 18 November 2016

NOTE: The Government responses are provided for informational purposes only. Any responses below shall NOT change the requirements as spelled out in RFP FA2816-16-R-0008, unless issued via an Amendment to the Solicitation via Standard Form 30.

PLEASE NOTE: Deadline for Past Performance Questionnaires extended to Friday, 9

December 2016, 2:00 PM PST. The Government intends to issue a forthcoming amendment that will modify the solicitation to reflect this change.

Question #1:

In regards to the past performance proposals, are subcontractors required to create one as well?

Answer #1:

No.

Question #2:

Are we allowed to submit multiple PPQ's for one contract. By that I mean, can we have the

Contracting Officer fill out a PPQ, and the Inspector fill out a separate PPQ for the same project.

Would that be something the Air Force desires, or would a second PPQ for the same project not be relevant?

Answer #2:

FA2816-16-R-0008, Section L, paragraph 6.5 – Past Performance Questionnaires, located on page 80 of 92 states the following: “A minimum of one PPQ for each relevant contract shall be submitted; there is no maximum number of PPQs that can be submitted for each relevant contract.”

Question #3:

Will a list of potential prime planholders be released?

Answer #3:

No.

Question #4:

Will the work be performed at night?

Answer #4:

FA2816-16-R-0008, Section B – Supplies Or Services and Prices, located on pages 4-13 of the solicitation, lists Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for both Standard Hours, as defined in

Statement of Work paragraph 44.1, and Non-Standard Hours, as defined in Statement of Work paragraph 44.2.
