TEP Calculation Worksheet Directions:
The TEP shall be calculated by the Offeror as follows:
Step 1: In Table 1 – CLINs 0001-0401 Calculation, the Offeror shall fill-in the Offeror’s proposed coefficients for each SubCLIN in Column 5 – Quoted Coefficient. The Offeror’s filled-in proposed coefficients for each SubCLIN shall match the Offeror’s proposed coefficients for each respective SubCLIN located in Section B.
Step 2: In Table 1, for each SubCLIN, the Offeror shall multiply each of the Column 3 –
Estimated Value amounts by the respective Column 5 proposed coefficent that was filled-in by the Offeror during Step 1. The Offeror shall fill-in the resulting product in Column 7 –
Evaluated Price, for each SubCLIN.
Step 3: In Table 2 – Optional 6-Month Extension Calculation, the Offeror shall fill-in the
Offeror’s proposed coefficients for each SubCLIN in Column 5. The Offeror’s proposed coefficients for Table 2 shall match the respective Option Year 4 (CLIN 0401, SubCLINs
0401AA-0401AB) proposed coefficients.
Step 4: In Table 2, for each SubCLIN, the Offeror shall multiply each of the Colum 3 amounts by the respective Column 5 proposed coefficient that was filled-in by the Offeror during Step 3.
The Offeror shall fill-in the resulting product in Column 7 for each SubCLIN.
Step 5: The Offeror shall calculate the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) by adding the filled-in
Evaluated Prices located in Column 7 from both Table 1 and Table 2. There should be 12
Evaluated Prices added together. Fill-in the calculated TEP into Table 3 – Total Evaluated Price
(TEP). This final amount shall be the Offeror’s proposed TEP for the purposes of evaluation only.
The Offeror shall include a filled-in copy of page 2 of Attachment 9 as part of Volume 4: Price
Proposal.
The Government will verify the Offeror’s proposed TEP calculation. If erroneous, the
Government will adjust the Offeror’s proposed TEP calculation.
Without factoring in the Offeror’s coefficient and the Los Angeles, CA Cost City Index (CCI), the estimated contract value is $33M. Without factoring in the Offeror coefficient and the Los
Angeles, CA CCI, the estimated value for each performance period is $6M (and $3M for the optional six month extension, which is not part of the Section B CLIN structure). The estimated values for each SubCLIN are located in Column 3 – Estimated Value. When the Offeror calculates the Offeror’s proposed TEP, the Column 7 Evaluated Prices for each SubCLIN and the Offeror’s proposed TEP may exceed the estimated dollar values; this will not preclude the
Offeror from award eligibility.
