Janitorial Work Schedule Summary

This document is a janitorial work schedule exhibit (Exhibit C - Part 1) for state facility maintenance services in Arizona. The schedule delineates cleaning and maintenance requirements across four distinct service areas: Section A (Restrooms/Shower areas), Section B (Offices, Cubicles, Conference Rooms, hallways, and DCS service rooms with carpet), Section C (Employee break rooms, hallways, entries, lobbies, and areas with vinyl or ceramic tile floors and water sources), and Section D (Outside play areas, break areas, and smoking areas if applicable). Daily services required Monday through Friday include refilling dispensers, emptying waste containers, disinfecting restrooms and fixtures, wiping surfaces, mopping floors, and vacuuming carpeted areas. Twice-weekly services on Tuesday and Thursday encompass disinfecting walls and partitions, cleaning shower stalls, dusting high areas, cleaning non-upholstered furniture, maintaining drinking fountains, and performing recyclables management. Monthly and quarterly services with dates to be determined (TBD) include thorough wall cleaning with germicidal detergent, de-scaling fixtures, spray buffing floors, cleaning undersides of basins and sinks, cleaning light fixtures, vacuuming vent covers and ceiling tiles, strip and waxing non-ceramic floors, and annual carpet shampooing. The contractor must provide 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes in coordination with the building liaison.

The work schedule requires signature acknowledgment from both the contractor and the building liaison, indicating mutual agreement to provide services within agreed timeframes. This document may be modified prior to the final signature of the offer and acceptance; thereafter, any modifications require a formal amendment. The schedule establishes clear performance standards and frequency requirements to maintain facility cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance across all designated service areas. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent vendor details, or funding sources are specified in this work schedule exhibit.
