About this file
This is a Budget Rate Sheet for the Southern Region submitted by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for chaplaincy critical incident stress and post-trauma stress crisis services under Bid Number C5613110-D. The contract covers five fiscal years from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, with the first three years (FY 2026/2027, FY 2027/2028, and FY 2028/2029) as base contract years and the final two years (FY 2029/2030 and FY 2030/2031) as optional renewal years. The services requested include preparation and coordination of travel arrangements, outreach activities such as ride-alongs and wellness worksite visits, customized training presentations for CDCR staff on wellness topics and chaplaincy resources, and critical incident response services including critical incident stress management, defusings, debriefings, demobilization, post-trauma stress services, line of duty death counseling, and memorial services.
The budget rate sheet itemizes six categories of costs for each fiscal year: Preparation, Outreach, Training, Issues/Interventions, Travel, and Administrative Costs. Travel expenses including airfare, rental vehicles, mileage, lodging, and meals will be reimbursed in accordance with CalHR travel policy, with the vendor required to utilize the least costly travel method and obtain CDCR pre-approval for all air travel. Administrative costs are capped at 12 percent of total funds provided under the agreement. The specific dollar amounts for each service category and fiscal year are presented in the budget format but are shown with placeholder values in the document, indicating this is a template for bidders to complete with their proposed costs.
