About this file
Exhibit 14 I is a detailed training program specification for the Weapons Detection Training Program (WDTP) X-Ray Screening Initial Training, specifically for Armed Critical Security Officers (ACSO). The 16-hour training program covers five key subjects: Pre-incident Indicators (3 hours), Metal Detector Operator Walk Through Metal Detector (2 hours), Metal Detector Operator Hand-Held Metal Detector (4 hours), X-ray Machine Operator (4 hours), and a Combined Graded Practical Exercise (3 hours).
The training requires instructors to provide both lecture and practical application for each subject, with strict performance standards. Trainees must pass a written examination with a minimum of 70% and demonstrate practical skills with 70% accuracy in identifying pre-incident indicators and performing screening duties. For dangerous weapons and prohibited items, trainees must achieve 100% accuracy during practical exercises. The government estimates training sessions will be limited to six students per instructor, and the contractor must provide the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with training locations, dates, instructor numbers, and a training roster.
