About this file

This document is an appendix to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Texas Space Commission regarding Electromagnetic Interference/Compatibility (EMI/EMC) capabilities. Specifically, Appendix F serves as a Customer/Partner Index template for respondents to list letters of interest, memoranda, demand statements, or partnership indications. The RFI, numbered 358-26-002, seeks information on vibroacoustic, vibration, and electromagnetic interference/compatibility mobile test capabilities. The Texas Space Commission does not require binding commitments at the RFI stage, allowing respondents to provide preliminary expressions of interest and partnership possibilities without formal legal obligations.

Respondents are required to document each letter, memorandum, or partnership indication using the provided index format, which includes fields for document ID, organization type, subject/capability, demand/contribution, binding status, and public disclosure eligibility. A critical restriction prohibits the submission of customer names, program details, demand data, or letters without third-party authorization. Respondents may alternatively provide anonymized summaries with identified reference contacts for later authorized verification. This approach balances the need for stakeholder engagement information while protecting proprietary and confidential business information during the initial information-gathering phase of the procurement process.
