About this file

This is an attachment to a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the State of Texas outlining qualifications and submission requirements for a CGP Environmental Technician position. Proposers must complete the provided form documenting the qualifications of their designated CGP Environmental Technician, including educational background, professional certifications, and work experience in stormwater management. The submission requires documentation of between two and four verifiable stormwater projects, with proposers eligible to receive bonus points for projects associated with transportation right-of-way and those completed within the last five calendar years. For each project, proposers must provide comprehensive details including project name, location, total cost, dates of service, client information, and a contract or work authorization number for TxDOT projects. Supporting documentation of up to five pages per project is encouraged, such as report excerpts, training materials, screenshots, or client statements.

The submission instructions require proposers to provide brief descriptions of each project and the specific tasks performed by the CGP Environmental Technician, along with explanations of how the project improved the client's processes or enhanced permit compliance, with particular emphasis on any innovative practices employed. Educational credentials must list degree type and major along with the issuing university and date obtained. Stormwater experience must be itemized by employer and dates of service, and all professional stormwater certifications held by the technician must be documented. The form is structured to provide standardized evaluation criteria for assessing candidate qualifications and relevant project experience in stormwater management and environmental compliance.
