The document includes provisions for respondents to claim various state-level preferences, such as those for Texas-based businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned companies, and products produced in Texas. The form emphasizes several key compliance requirements, including mandatory notification to TWC about changes in financial condition, ownership, or potential litigation that might impact contract performance.
