About this file

The document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for Customer Care Contact Center Services, solicitation number 3202500130. TWC is seeking qualified vendors to provide auxiliary contact center services to enhance their existing operations during periods of heightened call volumes or for specific initiatives requiring dedicated services on short notice. The RFP was released on March 28, 2025, with proposals due by May 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The contract term will be one year with the option to extend for four additional one-year terms. The services will include telephone, email, and chat coverage, with agents physically located in the United States, preferably in Texas, and capable of handling customer inquiries across various TWC program areas.

The estimated contract value is not explicitly stated, but the RFP indicates a Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) goal of twenty-six percent for the contract. The successful respondent(s) will be required to provide agents, technology, equipment, and reporting capabilities, with a focus on first call resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Pricing will be firm and constant throughout the contract term, and respondents must submit a comprehensive proposal including financial statements, references, past performance documentation, and a HUB Subcontracting Plan. The contract will utilize a task order structure, allowing TWC flexibility in allocating services among potential successful respondents based on specific requirements and operational needs.
