About this file

This document is a Task Order template for Auxiliary Customer Care Contact Center (CCCC) Services issued by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). The task order outlines the requirements for a contractor to provide customer contact center services, including staffing agents who will handle communications through telephone, email, and chat in English and potentially Spanish. The document specifies detailed implementation phases with specific deliverables and due dates, such as a kickoff meeting, implementation plans, and monthly reporting requirements. Key performance indicators include average response time, handle time, speed of answer, first call resolution, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to scheduled activities.

The task order includes provisions for monthly reporting, with contractors required to submit detailed Customer Service Reports and Monthly Activity Reports by the third business day of each month. The reporting must cover key performance metrics, current task order status, accomplishments, planned activities, risks, and issues. The document also establishes a ramp-down notice period of ten business days and requires the successful respondent to provide supervisory oversight, with one non-billable supervisor per specified number of agents. The exact staffing numbers, specific communication methods, and other detailed requirements are to be filled in by the requesting program area at the time of task order issuance.
