Attached is the drawing that I have from Markey. You be able to get a clearer copy from them.
I notice there are no dimensions either.
There are different sizes of DESH-5's, so may be prudent to provide Markey the serial number of the particular winch and ask for estimate for them to provide the turn table?

Jamie LeCompte, Please see Tim Olsen's message below.
Would you have a copy of RB's DESH5 winch installation drawing of the "turntable" or semi-rotating base as Tim notes below?
Thank you.

CO, Ryan, The NF is currently having a Markey DESH5 winch overhauled by Markey to be in like new condition upon completion of the overhaul. I recommend that the personnel on this email discuss the addition of the Markey DESH5 winch to the NF so that all operational requirements will be considered and integrated into the installation of the winch when it is completed. As previously discussed it would be ideal if the winch was installed with portability and on a semi-rotating base so that the winch can be swiveled and bolted down for operations either through the A Frame or through the J Frame as the operations may require. I think the RB already has a setup like this that Jamie LeCompte may be able to provide drawings for.
When performing multiple deck winch operations we can still throw the 3 mailto:jamie.a.lecompte@noaa.gov mailto:james.b.stricker@noaa.gov mailto:tim.olsen@noaa.gov mailto:chiefeng.nancy.foster@noaa.gov mailto:james.b.stricker@noaa.gov mailto:tim.olsen@noaa.gov
DT Scientific winches in the mix through the use of several different and various bolt patterns in the main deck either directly behind the AMS hatch, on the Stbd side, or on the stern itself. Just want to make sure all considerations are made prior to engaging money on the actual base design, fabrication, and ship installation. Please advise when you would like to discuss.
