Labor Cost Proposal
| Instructions to Offeror: This spreadsheet is to be completed by the Offeror as part of the Labor Cost Proposal, Technical Area 2. An example is provided across rows 4 through 21 (below). When completing this spreadsheet, write-over rows 4 through 21 with actual labor information. Note: the pull-down menu for the Labor Category mapping (column C) comprises of 11 different labor categories. The functional descriptions and skill levels for each of these labor categories is located in the "Labor mapping details" worksheet. Offerors must map proposed labor categories and skill levels to an option provided in the pull-down menus. For each proposed labor category, include: the skill level (Junior, Mid-, Senior), work location, the security clearance level (Top Secret, Secret and non-cleared) and associated proposed labor rate. It is not expected that the Offeror will need to use all 11 labor categories. If a particular resource is not being proposed (e.g. non-cleared Computer Scientist), then leave blank the associated labor rate information. Rows 202 through 237 are provided as spare lines in the event the Offeror's technical proposal includes unique labor categories (limit 2). Any unique labor categories must minimally map to skill level, requirements, work location and security level. | ||||||||||||||
