About this file

The document is a Standard Form LLL (Disclosure of Lobbying Activities) related to a federal disclosure requirement, specifically associated with the Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) Food Service Supplies procurement. The form is designed to transparently report lobbying activities pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 1352, requiring entities to disclose payments made to influence federal actions, with potential civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for non-compliance.

The associated procurement seeks a comprehensive food service supplies contract for 220 self-operating School Nutrition Services (SNS) cafeterias, with a bid deadline of February 18, 2025, at 3:30 PM. The initial contract term is approximately one year, beginning May 6, 2025, with potential two additional one-year renewals. The solicitation supports USDA funding guidelines and involves $150,000 in financial assistance, allowing competitive vendor responses for 155 specific items across multiple categories. Vendors must demonstrate three years of food service supply experience, comply with federal requirements including E-Verify and Jessica Lunsford Act, and provide firm, fixed pricing with inside delivery to individual school sites within 30 days of order receipt. The procurement emphasizes supplier diversity, encouraging minority-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and small/local business enterprise participation.
