About this file

The document appears to be a set of pre-final specifications related to a federal contract opportunity for the P1062 MILITARY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT (MILCON) P1062 DESIGN-BID-BUILD for the modernization of Dry Dock 3 at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. The contract opportunity is being issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command. The opportunity is in the form of a Special Notice, which includes an industry event flyer and a list of contractor questions. The document does not appear to contain details about the required products or services, response dates, award dates, pricing terms, set asides, or incumbents. It seems to be focused on providing information to potential contractors about the upcoming industry day event related to this construction project.
