The RFP solicits proposals for process server services with an estimated volume of approximately 2,000 service request packets annually, though this figure is an estimate and actual volumes may be lower. The deadline for proposal submission is April 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT, with sealed proposals to be publicly opened and vendor names read aloud. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy and electronic format on flash or thumb drive to the Franklin County Purchasing Department at 373 South High Street, 25th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215-6315, addressed to Sandra Hernandez, Bidding Coordinator. All quoted unit pricing must include vendor availability to testify when required, with no separate compensation provided for testimony. No registration through OhioBuys is required, and the MBE Set Aside designation referenced in the OhioBuys listing is not marked as a mandatory eligibility requirement. The deadline for submitting questions was March 13, 2026, and no further questions will be answered beyond those addressed in this addendum.
