About this file
This is a certification document issued by the Kenton County Airport Board for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, requiring offerors and bidders to provide formal attestations regarding tax delinquency and felony convictions. Applicants must complete two certification statements by indicating their current status relative to unpaid Federal tax liabilities and criminal convictions under Federal law within the preceding 24 months. The document specifies that applicants must insert checkmarks indicating whether they are or are not subject to these disqualifying conditions. A pre-bid meeting and site visit for the CVG Centre Server Room Renovations & Improvements project will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 10:00 am at CVG Centre, 77 Comair Boulevard, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. Written questions are due by 11:59 pm on Monday, October 13, 2025, with answers to be posted no later than Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 11:59 pm. Bids must be received by Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 2:00 pm, with no bids accepted after that deadline unless extended by addendum.
Applicants responding affirmatively to either certification statement are ineligible to receive an award unless the agency suspension and debarment official has reviewed the matter and determined that further action is not required to protect Government interests. Applicants with tax delinquencies or felony convictions must provide detailed information to the project owner, who will notify the FAA Airports District Office to facilitate the required suspension and debarment considerations prior to award decisions. The document defines tax delinquency as any unpaid Federal tax liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the responsible tax collection authority. Felony conviction is defined as a conviction within the preceding 24 months of a felony criminal violation under Federal law, including offenses classified as felonies under 18 U.S.C. Section 3559. All awarded contractors must incorporate this certification provision into all lower-tier subcontracts.

The applicant must complete the following two certification statements. The applicant must indicate its current status as it relates to tax delinquency and felony conviction by inserting a checkmark (ü) in the space following the applicable response.
