SECTION 1:
Purpose of this Document The IV&V Narrative provides the Offeror’s approach to enhanced IV&V Scope of Work and Deliverables from a business perspective. The purpose of the narrative is to convey what the desired outcomes should be for the Trusted Advisor and traditional IV&V approach and how they will be accomplished. Failure to include any task or billable service does not absolve the Offeror from completing the tasks or billable services at their own expense.
This template shows desired contents of the IV&V Vendor Narrative. This document, in addition to the request work samples, will be used to evaluate the Offeror’s proposed approach, experience, methodologies, tools, and staff. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to review each task and subtask described in the RFP Section D, Scope of Services, to formulate a complete response specific to each task question.
