About this file

This is an approval document from the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the 2025 Renewed Measure M Quantitative Survey project. The document reflects approval of a proposal for conducting a comprehensive quantitative survey related to Measure M, OCTA's transportation funding initiative. The survey is designed to gather public input and feedback on transportation priorities and preferences within Orange County. The contract term is seven months, with a total budget allocation of $80,000 for the completion of all survey-related activities, including survey design, implementation, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

The approved proposal establishes a fixed budget of $80,000 for the entire project duration without renewal options. The document indicates that OCTA selected a qualified firm through a competitive proposal process to conduct this quantitative research effort. Funding for this initiative derives from Measure M revenues, Orange County's transportation sales tax measure dedicated to funding transportation improvements and programs. The approval signifies that the selected contractor has met OCTA's requirements and qualifications to execute the survey with the specified scope of work and deliverables within the established budget and timeline.
