About this file
This document is a Bid Submittal Form from Pinellas County, Florida, for a Job Order Contract that utilizes a Construction Task Catalog® with adjustable unit pricing. The contract involves providing labor, equipment, and materials for various construction tasks across different work environments, including secure and non-secure areas, during both normal and non-normal working hours. The bid evaluation will use a weighted distribution methodology: 60% for non-secure areas during normal working hours, 10% each for non-secure and secure areas outside normal working hours, and 10% for non-pre-priced tasks.
The pricing mechanism allows bidders to submit an adjustment factor that increases or decreases the standard unit prices in the Construction Task Catalog®, with a base value of 1.0000. Bidders must apply a single adjustment factor across all unit prices and cannot submit different factors for individual tasks. The County will use these adjustment factors to calculate an Award Criteria Figure, which will determine the bid winner. The contract appears to be an indefinite quantity agreement, with actual work to be assigned through specific Job Orders, and the bidder must be prepared to apply their adjustment factors to various construction tasks as needed.
