The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners is simultaneously soliciting responses for County Road 205 Phase 2 improvements consisting of widening and resurfacing between State Road 100 and a private dirt road.
All unsigned bids will be considered incomplete and rejected. Bidders must provide their signature, printed name and title, business name, address, city/state/zip, phone number, FAX number, and FEIN number on the form. Bids may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days following submission without consent of the City of South Daytona. The Melodie Park Pond project requires all work to be self-performed by an active Florida State Certified Marine Contractor, with the contractor responsible for obtaining all applicable local, state, and regulatory permits and associated fees. Contractors are strongly encouraged to conduct site visits prior to bid submission to verify existing conditions including site dimensions, configuration, and access constraints.
