About this file
This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), which specifies contractual data deliverables for a federal procurement. The document requires the contractor to deliver one data item: a Risk Management Plan (RMP) for contract line item A003 under the BECS SETA for PSC contract (Contract/PR No. TBD). The RMP must be prepared in accordance with BECS SETA for PSC PWS Paragraph 6.9, using the contractor's format with DI-MGMT-81808 as a reference source. The data item is categorized as "OTHER" and falls under Application Code D.
The contractor shall deliver the initial RMP within 60 business days from contract award, with monthly risk updates thereafter per the DELIVERABLES/DELIVERY SCHEDULE in Table 1. The RMP will be reviewed for acceptance by the Government Program Management Office (PMO), which shall have full access to validate information and access the Risk Register on an ad hoc basis without notice. The Government has five working days to review and comment on draft deliverables; the contractor must incorporate Government comments into the final version within three calendar days of receipt. Distribution is authorized to PD BECS and the Contracting Officer Review (COR), with one copy each required in draft and final form. The requirement includes a Letter of Transmittal (Block 7) and uses DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D for restricted technical documentation. All deliverables shall be submitted electronically whenever feasible, otherwise in hard copy, with notification to the assigned Contracting Officer Representative.
