About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) on DD Form 1423-1 for the BECS SETA for PSC contract. The CDRL specifies one data item requirement: a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with data item number G002, referenced under authority DI-MGMT-82241 and the BECS SETA for PSC Performance Work Statement Paragraph 6.7. The requiring office is PD BECS, and the contract reference number and contractor are listed as TBD.
The NDA must be submitted as a signed, scanned document to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) via email prior to assignment or in-processing of any contractor employees performing work under this contract. The distribution is limited to DoD components and their contractors with a need-to-know only, using Distribution Statement D to protect critical technology and technical data vital to National Security. Delivery is required prior to employee assignment or upon Program Management Office request, with notification to the assigned COR. A Letter of Transmittal must be sent to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) to document delivery and compliance, though the PCO does not require the formal deliverable itself. All copies should be delivered electronically whenever feasible, otherwise in hard copy format.
