About this file

This document is a DD Form 254, which outlines security requirements for a technical services contract to provide single-point-of-contact customer support globally to Army users on NIPRNET and SIPRNET networks. The contractor must maintain SECRET facility and personnel clearances, and classified work will take place only on government sites. Contractor employees will require SECRET clearances with eligibility for access to SECRET information based on a favorably adjudicated background investigation. Training requirements include initial and recurring derivative classification, IA awareness, antiterrorism, and threat reporting training. The contractor must also comply with security rules outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Army regulations, and operating manuals on subjects like operations security, personnel security, and classified visit administration. Additional security guidance addresses areas such as reporting personal relationships and travel, protecting classified and controlled unclassified information, common access card requirements, and information assurance certification of contractor personnel.
