NETCOM owns and manages the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPR) and Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Enterprise Service Management Systems (ESMS) and are currently providing Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, and Asset Management with varying levels of enterprise maturity in support of ARCYBER, NETCOM, Signal Commands, Brigades, Regional Cyber Centers (RCCs), Network Enterprise Centers (NECs), and Army Enterprise Service Desks (AESD). Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Mission Support Commands (MSCs), NATO, and other mission-funded organizations also rely on and leverage the capability of the above processes.
The Army also obtains ITSM Software as a Service (SaaS) capabilities for enterprise services for Army Knowledge Online (AKO) and Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA’s) Enterprise email.
